Urbi & Orbi
Urbi & Orbi is a Greek design studio based in Athens, specialising in handmade concrete objects that combine craftsmanship, contemporary design and Mediterranean influences. Rather than treating concrete as a purely industrial material, the studio transforms it into refined objects that bring warmth, texture and character into modern interiors.
Their signature design is the Pomolo — a two-in-one piece that works as both a cabinet knob and a wall hook. Each piece is handcrafted from concrete, so every one has its own subtle variation in colour and texture. It comes in natural concrete tones of light grey, dark grey, brown and ivory, as well as painted colours including violet, pink, mint, dark green and dark blue, so it can either blend into a scheme or stand out as a small detail.
The collection suits kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom furniture, sideboards, dressers and wall storage. Inspired by Mediterranean landscapes and contemporary architecture, the designs balance simplicity with strong material expression — a look that feels both modern and timeless.
