What are the return rights?
We offer 30 days return right from the day your received your order. You can read all about return on our Return Page.
What type of payments do you offer?
The following payment methods are available: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.
Is there any other fee related to my order?
No, what you see in the checkout is what you pay.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on what shipping method you picked for your order. Standard delivery is shipped within 3-5 business days. Express delivery will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow for one day for picking and packing, although we try to ship out all orders within the same day, if the order is placed before 11:00 week days.
Can I pick up the products or visit your shop?
No, we are an E-shop and do not have any physical shop for customers.
Do you have all the items on stock?
Most of the products you find on our e-shop are on stock. The few items that are on order can normally be shipped within 10-15 days.
Are screws included in the orders?
Yes. All screws needed to mount our products on standard 16-19 mm kitchen doors are included. If you have thicker cabinet doors or drawers, let us know on a comment field while putting in the order and we will send longer screws free of charge.
Do you send tracking details for the orders?
We provide tracking details on all orders that are shipped out as package. A lot of our orders are delivered as normal post, and therefor there are no tracking numbers available.
