These Terms & Conditions apply unless any EU-regulations or local country regulations states differently. All Handles & Pulls are following the standard EU-regulations for distance and e-commercee selling.

Privacy policy – General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
We want you to feel confident about using our website and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. All our internet activities are in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. GDPR is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union.

Personal data is any information that can directly or indirectly identify you, eg, name, phone number, address, email address, IP address etc.

IP-address from where you place the order

- When signing up for our newsletter:

Your IP-address where you are visiting from

- When emailing to us
Email address and whatever information you yourself decide to pass on via your email to us.

The data is collected when you actively sign up for our newsletter on our website.

Your email is saved in our Customer Support Software & Ticketing System.

Why we collect the data?
- When placing an order
To be able to process and deliver your order safely to the address you gave us while you placed the order. Also to be able to communicate with you via e-mail in case there is any issues with your order, e.g. if the order is delayed. Purchase data is also used as a reference in case of warranty cases.

- When signing up for a newsletter:
To be able to send you newsletters with product news and promotions.

- When visiting our website:
To be able to collect analytics information that will help us to improve our website generally and this way also improve your experience on the website.

- When emailing us
To be able to support and reply to your requests. To collect and learn through your feedback and this way improve our products, customer service and website.

How long do we store the data?
- Purchase data
We store the purchase data information for seven years. This is with the purpose to provide you with a better service. Many of our customers come back years after they bought from us, asking to order additional handles, same as they already received previously. Keeping the purchase history helps us easily to identify which handles the customer has bought in the past.

- Newsletter signup
We store your name and email address until you actively unsubscribe from our newsletter.

- Visiting the website
We keep the data about the traffic to our website for five years.

- When emailing us
We keep the email conversation between you and us for seven years. This is to ensure that we can provide as good customers service as possible.

Who do we share the personal data with?
We never sell or let anyone else to use your personal data for any marketing purpose. We share your data with some of our third party suppliers and vendors only as needed to perform their functions. They are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose. They are also required to follow the same data security practices that we ourselves adhere to. Below is a list and reason why we share it:


Satisfly – Satisfly is our IT-partner and part of our online shop is stored on their servers.

DHL – We use DHL for delivering the orders. They receive your personal data to be able to deliver your order safely to your requested address.

Hetzner – Most of our online platform are stored in Hetzners datacenters.

Mailchimp – We use Mailchimp for sending out our newsletter. Your name and email address are stored with Mailchimp if you have decided to receive our newsletter.

Freshdesk – Freshdesk is a customer support software that we use for handling our customer care. Your email and any data you have provided in that email is stored with Freshdesk.

Google – Google stores traffic data to our site. This is to collect analytics information that will help us to improve our website generally and this way also improve your experience on the website.

How to remove your personal data?
Please email us on info@allhandlesandpulls.co.uk if you want any of your data deleted. Please consider that we will not be able to give you any warranty if you have asked us to have your order data deleted.

How to report a violation?
You have the right to report a violation. Violation should be reported to the local Data Protection Authority (DPA)

Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit almost all websites. Cookies do not recognise you personally and are not harmful to your computer or mobile device. They are used by websites you visit in order to improve your experience on the website, to provide us with analytics information that will help us improve our website generally.

Order
When an order is placed the customer receives an order confirmation to the e-mail address that the customer has stated when placing the the order. Its the customers responsibility to make sure all customer data is properly filled in.

All Handles & Pulls reserves the rights to correct any inaccuracies in price, delivery or other errors after an order is placed. In such situations, All Handles & Pulls will contact the customer and give the customer the option to change or cancel the order.

All Handles & Pulls reserves the rights for any typographical errors, errors in information and errors in specifications on all products on its website. All pictures should be seen as illustrations which do not guarantee exact same look and feel when the product is seen live.

You may only act in your own name and must be 18 years or obtain parental permission before the purchase. All Handles & Pulls have the right to refuse an order. Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise, in cases where All Handles & Pulls suffer economic damage, will be reported to the authorities. Any additional costs to this will be charged to the customer.

Customer data
The customer have to make sure all customer data is accurate and properly filled in when placing the order. Most of our orders are sent with courier where the customer gets notified via sms. Therefor its mandatory to provide us with a proper mobile number.

Packages that is not picked up
Orders that are not picked up by the customer and sent back without notice to us or our suppliers will be charged 30 % of the order value.

Payments
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. All prices on our website includes VAT.

Delivery
We use standard mail for smaller orders. Larger orders will be shipped with tracking details by DHL or Fedex. All orders with products on stock are processed and shipped out the same day or the day after, depending on time of order placement. Standard shipping time is between 3-5 working days.

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. This means thats you can place a test order for one knob, and only pay for the knob itself.

Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on all our products. Warranty includes any factory or shipping damage. Warranty does not cover damaged because of wrong use or improper installation of the products.

Returns
We offer 14 days free return from the date the products have been shipped out for all orders by private consumers. Delivered goods must not have been unpacked, fitted or used in any way and should be correctly and safely stored. Returned goods must be in the condition as they were delivered. Free return right is not applicable on products on order, products that has been on sales or orders made by companies.

All returns need to be notified in advance by email to info@allhandlesandpulls.co.uk to obtain return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.

Damaged goods
You should contact us immediately if a product is wrong or damaged. Please e-mail us at info@allhandlesandpulls.co.uk with a the reason of the damage and preferable also a picture. Make sure to always add the order number and your name into the e-mail.

Returning a damaged item or wrong product will always be on our expense. We will provide you with a return note that can be used to send it back to us.

You are not allowed to add COD on any returned items and you can not send back anything prior to our approval.

Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for performance delays nor for non-performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, except for payment obligations.
