The Brutus handle in black lacquered ash offers a modern and striking expression while preserving the subtle texture of natural wood. Crafted from ash and finished with a durable black lacquer, the handle combines a clean, contemporary look with the warmth of genuine timber. Its smooth surface and minimalist shape suit a wide range of interiors, from Scandinavian simplicity to bold modern design.
The black lacquer provides long-lasting protection against daily wear and moisture, ensuring the handle keeps its refined appearance over time. Its dark tone pairs beautifully with light oak fronts, coloured cabinetry, or monochrome furniture settings. For a coordinated look across your home, it can be matched with the knob from the same Brutus collection.

Designer
In 2007, VE2 was founded by Morten Lauritzen and Hugo Dines Schmidt, both of whom graduated from the Aarhus School of Architecture in Denmark. Their designs prioritize durability, quality, and functionality.
They have collaborated with furnipart for several years, producing designs like 'Elan', 'Envelope', 'Tau', and 'Autumn'. VE2 focuses on both the appearance and utility of their products. Apart from furnipart, they've also worked with brands such as Skagerak and Zone Denmark.

Mounting Instructions
Mounting handles and knobs is easy and doesn't require any advanced tools or special skills. Just follow the simple steps below
1
Prepare and drill the holeMark the hole on the cabinet door with a thin pencil. Drill with 4,5 or 5 mm drill from the front side of the cabinet. Any splitter from the exit hole will appear on the back side of the cabinet and not be visible on the front
2
Mount the handlesMount the handle with the included M4 screws. Do not use a power drill when attaching the handle. Instead, use a standard manual screw driver and screw the M4 screws as tight as you feel possible. To high torque can damage the knobs or the screw
3
InspirationTips, if you have many knobs to mount with same position on each cabinet, then it can be worth to make a simple template of a board and some simple wood.
